Zucchini in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch hacken und die H\u00e4lfte davon in Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Die zerdr\u00fcckten Tomaten dazugeben und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die gekochten Linsen zu der So\u00dfe dazu geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Mangold in St\u00fccke schneiden. Dabei die Bl\u00e4tter und den Strunk extra in Streifen schneiden. Die restlichen Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in Oliven\u00f6l anschwitzen. Zuerst den in Mangoldstrunk anr\u00f6sten. Nach 10 Minuten die in Streifen geschnittene Mangoldbl\u00e4tter hinzuf\u00fcgen und bissfest anr\u00f6sten.<\/li>\n<li>Eine Schicht Zucchini in die mit Sonnenblumen\u00f6l ge\u00f6lte feuerfeste Form auslegen. Tomaten-Linsenso\u00dfe dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen. Eine weitere Schicht Zucchini darauf legen. Den Mangold dar\u00fcber legen und die letzte Schicht Zucchini auflegen.
