Omas Apfelstrudel Rezept<\/h2>\n

Meine Oma hat den \u201eallerbesten Apfelstrudel der Welt\u201c gebacken. Gerne habe ich ihr als Kind zugesehen und es hat mich fasziniert wie der Teig immer d\u00fcnner und d\u00fcnner und gr\u00f6\u00dfer und gr\u00f6\u00dfer wurde ohne, dass er gerissen ist. Vor einigen Jahren versp\u00fcrte ich die Lust auf mein eigenes \u201eSelbstgezogener Apfelstrudel-Experiment\u201c.<\/p>\n

Die Zutaten in diesem Rezept sind f\u00fcr 4 Portionen.<\/p>\n

Zutaten f\u00fcr den Strudelteig:<\/h3>\n

250 g glattes Mehl<\/p>\n

1 TL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n

1 TL Essig<\/p>\n

1 Ei<\/p>\n

1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n

0,125 l Lauwarmes Wasser<\/p>\n

Zutaten f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/h3>\n

100 g Butter<\/p>\n

80 g Br\u00f6sel<\/p>\n

50 g geriebene N\u00fcsse<\/p>\n

100 g Kristallzucker<\/p>\n

50 g Rosinen<\/p>\n

3 EL Zimt<\/p>\n

4 St\u00fcck s\u00e4uerliche \u00c4pfel<\/p>\n

Rezept<\/p>\n

Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n

F\u00fcr den Strudelteig:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Das Mehl auf ein Nudelbrett sieben, in der Mitte eine Grube machen. Mit einem Messer das \u00d6l, Essig, Salz, das Ei und nach und nach lauwarmes Wasser einr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n
  2. Den Teig mit der Hand so lange rasch kneten bis er seidig glatt geworden ist.<\/li>\n
  3. Den Teig auf eine bemehlte Stelle des Nudelbretts legen, d\u00fcnn mit \u00d6l bestreichen und mit einer vorgew\u00e4rmten Sch\u00fcssel bedecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Den Teig nun mindestens 30 Minuten rasten lassen und dabei die Sch\u00fcssel zwei- oder dreimal wechseln.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Ein gro\u00dfes Baumwolltuch auf einem Tisch ausbreiten, d\u00fcnn mit Mehl best\u00e4uben. Den Strudelteig in die Mitte legen, etwas ausrollen und mit Hilfe der Handr\u00fccken vorsichtig ausziehen, bis er hauchd\u00fcnn und durchsichtig ist. Die dicklichen R\u00e4nder abschneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      F\u00fcr die F\u00fclle:<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Die Br\u00f6sel hell r\u00f6sten und mit den N\u00fcssen vermischen. \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, entkernen und dann bl\u00e4ttrig schneiden oder hobeln. Die Rosinen waschen und die Butter schmelzen.<\/li>\n
      2. Den ausgezogenen Strudelteig zu zwei Dritteln mit Br\u00f6seln bestreuen und mit \u00c4pfeln belegen. Zucker, Zimt und Rosinen dar\u00fcberstreuen, die R\u00e4nder aufschlagen und das restliche Teigdrittel \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung schlagen.<\/li>\n
      3. Nun mit der Butter betr\u00e4ufeln und den Strudel locker einrollen.<\/li>\n
      4. Auf ein eingefettetes Backblech legen und bei 180-200\u00b0C ca. 30-40 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        TIPP:<\/p>\n

        Schlagobers passt wunderbar zu einem sch\u00f6nen St\u00fcck Apfelstrudel und auch ein K\u00fcgelchen Vanilleeis oder Vanillesauce k\u00f6nnen eine hervorragend kulinarische Symbiose mit dem Apfelstrudel eingehen.<\/p>\n
