Oder man kann auch dem Baby eine sanfte Akupressur Massage machen ganz einfach um sein Wohlbefinden zu f\u00f6rdern. <strong>Babys genie\u00dfen die Ber\u00fchrungen sehr. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es gibt f\u00fcnf verschiedene Akupressur Punkte, die zur Behandlung von Beschwerden sehr gut geeignet sind. Sie werden in der TCM auch als die \u201eMasterpunkte\u201c bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Wichtig ist, dass die Ber\u00fchrung mit ganz leichtem Druck oder die kreisf\u00f6rmige Massage immer auf beiden K\u00f6rperseiten des Babys durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Bei Babys massiert man am besten ein bis zwei Minuten lang. Ist das Kind etwas \u00e4lter und zeigt es sich nicht abgeneigt, darf die Massage auch l\u00e4nger ausfallen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Magen 36 Punkt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieser Punkt ist dann eine wunderbare M\u00f6glichkeit, wenn das Baby Probleme im Bereich des Bauchs hat. Daf\u00fcr die Knie des Babys beugen und 3 Daumen breit unterhalb der Kniescheibe sowie eine Daumenbreite seitlich der Schienbeinkante auf der Au\u00dfenseite mit leichten kreisenden Bewegungen massieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dickdarm 4 Punkt <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei Bauchkr\u00e4mpfen, Verdauungsst\u00f6rungen oder Verstopfung ist dieser Punkt eine geeignete M\u00f6glichkeit. Der Punkt befindet sich direkt am \u00dcbergang zw. Daumen und Zeigefinder, die weiche Stelle in der Rundung, wenn man Zeigefinger und Daumen streckt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blase 40 Punkt <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oft kommen auf Grund von Bauchkr\u00e4mpfen Verspannungen im R\u00fcckenbereich dazu. Dann ist dieser Punkt besonders geeignet den R\u00fccken und Nacken des Babys zu entspannen. Die Beine des Babys leicht anbeugen und dann direkt in der Kniekehle, dort t wo sich die Beugefalte bildet, leicht kreisf\u00f6rmig massieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lunge 7 Punkt <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieser Punkt kommt immer dann zum Einsatz, wenn das Baby Schmerzen oder Erkrankungen im Kopfbereich hat und dadurch die Atemorgane betroffen sind. Der Punkt liegt an der Innenseite des Unterarms, zwei Daumen breit \u00fcber der Handgelenksfalte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blasen 1 Punkt &#8211; Akupressur zum besseren Einschlafen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieser Punkt liegt direkt oberhalb der Nasenwurzel genau in der Mitte zwischen beiden Augen.
