Das <strong>cremige Rote Linsen Dhal. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dhal \u2013 so hei\u00dfen in Indien getrocknete Bohnen, Linsen und Erbsen und die typischen eintopfartigen Gerichte, die aus ihnen zubereitet werden. Zusammen mit Getreide geh\u00f6ren Bohnen und H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte auf der ganzen Welt zu den Grundnahrungsmitteln.<\/p>\n<p>Lassen Sie sich von dem Dhal Rezept inspirieren und tauchen sie ein in eine Welt des, aus meiner Sicht, kulinarischen \u201eSuper foods\u201c f\u00fcr den Winter. Auch die Ayurvedische Ern\u00e4hrungslehre sch\u00e4tzt die reinigende und zugleich aufbauende Wirkung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Viel Freude beim Nachkochen<\/strong> \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<h3><u>Zutaten<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>250 g rote Linsen<\/p>\n<p>200 g Tomaten in St\u00fccke<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd TL Kurkuma<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd TL Koriander gemahlen<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel gemahlen<\/p>\n<p>500 ml Gem\u00fcsesuppe<\/p>\n<p>1 Zwiebel fein gehackt<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 Schalotten fein gehackt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 TL Rohrohrzucker<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agavendicksaft<\/li>\n<li>Ahornsirup<\/li>\n<li>Birkenzucker<\/li>\n<li>Stevia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00bd TL Ingwer gemahlen<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd TL Zimt gemahlen<\/p>\n<p>Kokosmilch<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soja Cuisine<\/li>\n<li>Creme fraiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pfeffer gemahlen<\/p>\n<p>Salz<\/p>\n<p>Naturjoghurt<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schafjoghurt, Ziegenjoghurt natur<\/li>\n<li>Sojajoghurt natur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u>Zubereitung<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>Die roten Linsen gr\u00fcndlich waschen. Kurkuma, Koriander, Kreuzk\u00fcmmel mit den Linsen in der Gem\u00fcsesuppe ca. 10 Minuten auf kleiner Stufe kochen. Danach die Tomatenst\u00fccke unterr\u00fchren und f\u00fcr weitere 10 bis 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die Linsen weich sind. Bei Bedarf noch etwas Wasser zugie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die Zwiebel in \u00d6l mit Zucker, Ingwer und Zimt weich d\u00fcnsten, anschlie\u00dfend unter den Linsen-Tomaten &#8211; Brei r\u00fchren.
